The Regional Vice President, Field Operations is an executive-level field management position helping multiple areas & branches with full profit and loss responsibility, you will oversee approximately 375-450 employees, you will manage, lead, coach, and develop area staff and management teams of branches within the region. The overall performance of the Region, including customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and achievement of profit and associate satisfaction goal. The national strategies established by IAA, Inc. are implemented in a way that maximizes services, profits, and asset protection, as well as providing a superior state of the customer, client service, and employee engagement throughout the Region. Responsibilities:
Manages business to achieve and exceed Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) targets established in the annual financial plan Controls region expenses and manages the region assets Develops and implements creative solutions to meet the needs of the business, customer, and employee Implements and directs to ensure compliance to all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies Sets and demonstrates strong business ethics when working with other managers, customers, vendors, and employees Ensures correct direction of activities in all areas of the assigned branches in order to ensure a high level of customer service and employee engagement Maintains a high degree of operating discipline Demonstrates the ability to balance operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction to drive profitability Leverages ongoing relationships with other regions and company teams; including best practices, to drive customer satisfaction and profitability Demonstrates and fosters teamwork Builds and sustains solid working relationships and teamwork, both within and beyond own responsibilities Uses influence to achieve goals in an organization with multiple supervisors Demonstrates both courage and respect for others' priorities and perspectives Assesses performance equitably and takes firm action with under-performers; drives disciplined execution of business processes; and instills a drive for continual improvement Ensures that the Region improves the effectiveness of the quality management system through using the quality policy, quality goals, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions, and management review to maintain a level of compliance Performs supervisory responsibilities, including, making employment decisions about hiring, promoting, demoting, and terminating; conducting performance appraisals; and coaching and developing employees Education:
Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent work experience 5 or more years of related experience
Salary Range:
$250K -- $500K+
Minimum Qualification
Sales Management & OperationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
